
Fairgrounds shopping mall, also known as “Mmolo wa ga Dada”, is situated on the southern outskirts of Gaborone. It is the central point between Commerce Park, Game city and Fairgrounds office park and Riverwalk shopping mall. This mall is built next to Samora Machel road named after Mozambique’s late president. It houses clothing stores such as Just Brandz, Queenspark clothing shop, Woolworths and Shades of Venus to name just a few. The highlight of Fairgrounds Shopping mall is probably The Motor Centre where one can shop for a brand new set of any Toyota make wheels.
Riverwalk
River walk is Gaborone?s first ever super-mall, with a food court that comprises of more than 10 food outlets it is truly one of Gaborone?s hottest spots. One can get a quiet night with a loved one at East Asian cuisine on the upper floor, if it is a feast with friends or family that you are looking for then Nandos,Spur, Primi Piatti and others have got you covered.Equitorial coffee company on the other hand will take care of all your coffee cravings.
Game city
Game city is by far Gaborone’s biggest shopping mall. Located at the entrance of the city next to the Lobatse road that leads to Mafikeng (South Africa),it is definitely one of Gaborone’s busiest malls. Some argue that it is named after the Game store as it (Game store) is one the biggest shops in that mall, some say it was just coincidence but no one seems to know for sure. One of the most interesting things about Game city is the abundance of parking space, it does not matter how busy it gets one always has space to park. Find time to visit this incredible mall and you will have a shopping experience like no other.
Main Mall 
The Main Mall is the starting point for your journey around Gaborone. This area was planned in 1963, in a preparation for the Independence and was to be the town centre, located between the Railway Station and the Army Garrison. Today it is the heart of Gaborone with shops, banks, business offices, as well as walkway with people selling crafts and other goods. At the eastern end of The Mall is the Civic Centre that also houses a public reference library. Opposite the Civic Centre is the Pula Arch, a landmark that commemorates the Independence of Botswana.
